Particularly designed for additionnal air lines (temperature up to 140 °C) on road tankers carrying bulk products. Suction and discharge of liquid food-stuffs such as milk, wine, beer, cider, fruit juice, soda, vinegar and alcohol up to 96 %. Inner hose from 25 to 150 mm.

 

Technical information:

Inner hose: white, smooth, food grade quality EPDM.

Cover hose: blue, fabric impression, weather resistant EPDM.

Reinforcement: synthetic textile with embedded steel helix.

Temperature range: 30°C to +100°C., +140°C for additional air.

Applications:  particularly designed for additionnal air lines (temperature up to 140 °C) on road tankers carrying bulk products. Suction and discharge of liquid food-stuffs such as milk, wine, beer, cider, fruit juice, soda, vinegar and alcohol up to 96 %, with exception of fatty foodstuffs and oils.

Advantages: good flexibility and easy to handle. Suitable for road tankers equipment except compressor lines. A smooth, seamless, white food grade tube that does not propagate bacterial growth. Resistant to cleaning with most common detergents, or with steam at max. + 140 °C.

Standards: EU regulations n° 1935/2004 and 2023/2006. FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600. French legislation. All relevant migrations tests (France and FDA) were performed and confirmed compliant by the French institute of Poitiers (IANESCO).
